I gave the world everything but I wasn't given much

Hope for the best it can't get worse

I watched my world come crashing down

I know I can rebuild

I shelled out my mind so you could read my thoughts

Exposing gaping holes in my memoir's plots

Well versed in scholary apathy

I scoff when you laugh so happily




I will be here after the damage!

Where I used to get my fulfillment
